Mote is a biobased coated textile that balances structure with softness in a refined textural solid. A tailored grid settles over an organic ground, introducing quiet movement and subtle dimensionality. This interplay of order and irregularity lends Mote a crafted, tactile quality suited to a wide range of environments.

Biobased Content:

Mote is a coated upholstery with a woven postconsumer recycled polyester backing and a silicone topcoat. The coated layer (the face) is a polycarbonate-based polyurethane made with a biobased polymer derived from domestically sourced (non-food) corn. The total textile has an overall biobased content of 12%, which is third-party verified by ASTM D6866 testing.
